Some Silly Ramblings

Here is a list of reasons why i could possibly be single:

1. laziness
2. spiritual superiority (thinking too highly of one's spirituality)
3. disobedience to act
4. disobedience on the part of the other party. ( simply to say, one heard the 'call'- but the other didn't)
5. fear of rejection

i think the first 2 combine to give what we call "whatever will be, will be" situation. If God has really a partner in mind for me, he would just send it , and all i need to do is just wait. which is pretty misleading and irresponsible.

pt.#3, is almost like an extension to the earlier problem. Laziness and apathy prompts us NOT to act, even if God tells us to act. therefore not achieving what God has set us out to do. the spirit of indifference is pretty harmful in a way.

pt #4 is kinda something i read recently: you cannot force the will of others. If the other party don't want to develop something further, then let it be. You can't force against another's wishes.

the last one is for someone like me! haha. usually when someone think too highly of his own spirituality , he walks in fear of rejection- what if the rejection proves a contradiction of the spiritual side of things? well, we have to learn how to handle rejections in life. not everything will go according to our plans.
