The team:
A team is as strong as the relationships within it.
The driving force of a team is its member's (sic) ability to create and maintain excellent relationships within the team that can add an extra dimension and robustness to the team dynamic.
This attitude can be used by our team to focus on the gratitude and the vitally important benefits that the team brings to our own lives. It can be used to strengthen and deepen the relationships with it and maximise the opportunities that await a strong and united team.
Our team becomes stronger by:
Displaying a positive attitude on and off the pitch
Everyone making the right decisions for the team
Have an unshakeable belief that we can achieve our target
Believe in the strength of the team
Always want more - always give more
Focus on our communication
Be demanding with yourself
Be fresh and prepared to win
Focus on being mentally stronger and always keep going until the end

Reds: We'll see about City
David Gill is treating talk of Manchester City bidding 135million pounds for Cristiano Ronaldo with "a pinch of salt."
However the United chief executive says the Reds would have to consider such an offer if the Blues' new owners Abu Dhabi United Group were serious.
Speaking on BBC 5 Live's Sportsweek programme, Gill said: "I can't believe he (Dr Sulaiman Al-Fahim) is serious at those levels and, anyway, we're not looking to sell our best players.
"Ultimately we would discuss any offer with Sir Alex and the owners, as that sort of money is very large for one player.
"But he (Dr Al-Fahim) mentioned Fernando Torres and Cesc Fabregas in the same article, so I think we can remain calm, wait and see what happens over the course of the next months and years, and not worry about it too much."
There has been speculation that Al-Fahim would be willing to spend up to 1billion pounds on new players for City. On this, Gill added:
"That is a fantastic amount of money and would turn the football industry upside down. But I have never met the gentleman, so I couldn't say for sure whether he is serious or not."
Sir Alex Ferguson was also quoted on the City situation this weekend. The boss said, "I can't be worried. There's always challenges in football. Some years ago it was Chelsea, before that it was Arsenal.
"Wherever the challenges come you just have to accept it. We have a good set-up ourselves. We have been working for years to build the team we have got."

Robinho has responded to Pele's criticism him for joining Manchester City, insisting the Brazil icon and again criticised Real Madrid for the failure of his move to Chelsea.

Former Santos forward Robinho, 24, joined City from Real Madrid on Monday in a shock transfer-deadline-day move after having looked on course for a transfer to Stamford Bridge.
City - newly rich as a result of investment the Abu Dhabi United Group - stepped in to meet the asking price and Pele is reported to have said Robinho 'needs some serious counselling' as he had been 'badly advised' by people close to him. Robinho has stressed the move to City is the right one.
'I accept Pele's criticism as he is the king of football, but if he had been me, he would have done the same,' said Robinho, who arrived in Teresopolis in a helicopter yesterday to train with the national team ahead of the World Cup qualifiers against Chile and Bolivia.
'Real did not want to retain me. They even used me as a potential exchange to sign Cristiano Ronaldo. But as that negotiation fell through, they wanted to retain me then.
'If they didn't want to count on me, I didn't want to stay there either, so that is what I told the president.'
Robinho admitted his first intention was to move to Chelsea to be coached by former Brazil boss Luiz Felipe Scolari but a number of issues led to Real Madrid cancelling negotiations.
'My first goal was to go to Chelsea as it was the only club to have made a formal offer,' he added. 'But Real did not like Chelsea shirts with my name on being sold before sorting out the negotiations,' he said, referring to an embarassing episode that saw Chelsea's commercial arm peddling Robinho merchandise when a deal was nowhere near being done.
'Also, they did not reach the value Real demanded so then Manchester City came in at the last minute to sign me.'
Robinho said Real's refusal to release him to play at the Olympic Games was one of the main reasons why he quit the Spanish side to join City.
The Primera Liga giants denied the forward the chance to play in Beijing last month claiming the Brazilian had an injury, but the forward became angry with the club's board and asked president Ramon Calderon for a move away from the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu.
'I cried when he (Calderon) didn't let me play at the Olympics and you can check that by asking him,' said Robinho.
'I didn't cry to quit. I just told him I didn't want to stay there any longer so I asked to be transferred.'

A classic example of a mistake leading to another... don't think robinho will succeed at Man City. The club is not ambitious enough for anything. he joined the wrong half of manchester. and to react out of emotions and personal resentment is just childish. yes, he don't have a choice; but he could have just rot in the reserves right? then real has no choice but to sell him to chelsea? perhaps, this could be just a cover up (much like the heinz situation last year)for robinho to move on to chelsea in mid-season...
