Trust in him at all times, O people;
pour out your heart before him;
God is a refuge for us

but I have been pouring out my soul before the LORD

at the beginning of the night watches!

before the presence of the Lord!
Lift your hands to him

i need to pour out my heart and my soul to God... turn my deepest tots unto Him... everyday, every minute.
