sometimes being honest has a price to pay...

sometimes being honest has a price to pay.. you may lose some friends, you may lose some support along the way - but do you dare?

one poster i saw in my boss' office.... it says something like this....
1. admit your mistakes
2. learn from your mistakes
3. NEVER make that mistake again....

i think this is how we grow... many of us live in denial... we refuse to admit that there is something wrong - with ourselves , with the organisation we work and live in- so much so everything else is just status quo... there is no growth, no sign of spiritual vitality... some leaders just keep denying that there is a problem ... they just think they what they think is good enough, even when they were losing support, they can put up a brave front and say that the war is still on their side... they just simply refuse to wake up and smell the coffee (borrowing a much vulgar phrase i learn from bizpolicy class)...

most ppl never move past the first point... as i have explained earlier... i think He has a purpose for me to move on... sometimes real growth requires some painful transition on our part... the israelites were grumbling and grumbling in their wanderings , never realizing what great promise that God has for them...

i choose to be real, authentic and honest... being honest sometimes bring great pain ... a true look inside may require great courage... if you dont tear down, you will never reconstruct your life again... better is for a person to tear down all the bad and dark stuff , and start rebuilding again...

tear me down ... today! the time has come... i invite you to join me in the tearing down of our lives... the place where our faces have nothing else to wear...

as the song goes... i dare you to move...

are u moving today?
